My mistakes were never treated like the end of the world either, I come from a long background of customer service jobs so I know how bad some bosses can be. Luckily management never made me feel like I was alone when dealing with difficult customers and always had my back and for the most part the customers were often laid back and knew what they wanted or some were just looking to experience something new, it was rare to have an entitled customer, but it did happen occasionally.
